🛠️ Setup and Configuration
- Physical Connection:
- Connect the UFP-Viewport to your network using an Ethernet cable connected to a PoE switch or injector.
- Use an HDMI cable to connect the device to your display.
- Mounting:
- Choose a suitable mounting option: wall mount, VESA mount, or surface mount using the provided accessories.
- Adoption into UniFi Protect:
- Power on the device; the LED should display a solid white light indicating it's ready for configuration.
- Access the UniFi Protect application, navigate to the Devices section, and locate the ViewPort.
- Click on the device and follow the on-screen instructions to adopt it into your system.
- Live View Configuration:
- Within UniFi Protect, create or select a Live View layout.
- Assign cameras to the layout, keeping in mind the maximum of 16 simultaneous streams.
- Apply the Live View to the ViewPort device.
