🔧 Key Features
- Voltage Monitoring: Supports monitoring of 4 DC voltage inputs ranging from 1 to 80 VDC, with an accuracy of ±0.1 V.
- Current Monitoring: Equipped with 4 current inputs:
- I1 & I2: Measure 0.1 to 15 A (20 A peak).
- I3: Measures bidirectional current up to ±10 A.
- I4: Designed for external current shunt measurements, accepting ±25 mV input. All current measurements have an accuracy of ±0.1 A.
- Temperature Monitoring: Includes 2 temperature sensors:
- T1: External sensor (included), measuring from -40°C to +125°C.
- T2: Internal sensor, covering the same temperature range. Temperature measurements have an accuracy of ±1°C.
- Relay Control: Features 4 relays for controlling external devices:
- CH1 & CH2: Normally Closed (NC).
- CH3 & CH4: Normally Open (NO). Each relay supports up to 10 A at 30 VDC or 125-250 VAC.
- Automation & Alerts: Relays can be controlled manually or automatically based on voltage, current, temperature thresholds, ping responses, or scheduled times. The system can send email alerts when parameters exceed predefined limits.
- Data Logging: Built-in data logger stores up to 4,048 records with programmable logging intervals.
- Power Options: Can be powered via:
- 10-57 VDC through wire terminals.
- 802.3af/at PoE or 24 V passive PoE via the RJ45 port. Power consumption is approximately 1.5 W with all relays off and 3.5 W with all relays on.
- Connectivity: Access the device through a web browser, SNMP, or Telnet. It also supports integration with Tycon MPPT solar controllers via RS232/485 interfaces.
- Mounting & Build: Designed for DIN rail mounting, with dimensions of 125 x 102 x 46 mm and a weight of 410 g. Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +75°C, suitable for various environments.
